Tzatziki Yogurt Dip


  • 1/2 cup hung curd/plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 tablespoon garlic
  • 3/4 teaspoon dill
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Preparation from our diet and nutrition magazine:

  • Put hung curd into a large mixing bowl and add olive oil to it, combine the two thoroughly and keep it aside
  • Chop the garlic and dill finely and add it to the prepared mixture. Lastly, add the lemon juice with salt and pepper to taste
  • Mix all the ingredients well to get a homogenous mix
  • Serve it after refrigerating it for an hour for best taste
