Cucumber Raita

Cucumbers are rich source of water content and are low in calories. Cucumber raita is rich in antioxidants such as vitamin C and A. Also it contains fair amount of vitamin B and folic acid. Try it today

Ingredients

  • 2 peeled, seeded and thinly sliced cucumbers
  • 2 cups yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Cucumber Raita

Preparation

  • Stir lemon juice, yogurt, salt and cucumber in a bowl
  • Refrigerate for at least three hours
  • Serve chilled
